The management body is set up by the general management of the CMB, and the latter evolves under his direction, it is organized as follows :
The good management of the residence depends directly on the condominium fees collected by the owners.
Indeed, each co-owner is indebted to the co-ownership, he has the obligation to pay the co-ownership charges in order to ensure the proper functioning of the residence and to face the various charges of the latter (payroll, electricity and water bills for common areas …)
